I reported directly to Mike at TLC, and was continually impressed with how he not only got the job done, but came up with innovative ways to motivate the team and increase our Sales performance. Mike is one of the most driven, dedicated sales Team Leaders I have ever met. He has a competitive spirit, and is always happy to put in the extra hours. Mike is polished and engaging without appearing slick or rehearsed-both qualities that are hard to come by in sales representatives and Managers. He is fun to be around, and never seems to run out of energy. I had the pleasure of having Mike as my Team Manager on a number of different campaigns and can have no higher opinion of him.
