Work from home job I thought would be better, but the company had zero organization, the 'leaders' were not effective at helping and the IT grand wizard was a complete and unapproachable dickhead. Do not recommend this place. Was written up because I accidentally knocked something over on my desk in one of the daily meetings that do little other than to waste time. SO GLAD to be back at a respectable business with good people and simple organization. This job was a straight up scam act that I unfortunately fell for. Worst employment experience of my life and it's not even close. I wish I had nicer things to say about my experience with TSG but I don't. I didn't mind the work itself(that was actually the best part of the job) it was just a really harsh and boring environment. Once the two 'managers' became full time to whatever the company is called, (I can't remember, it was that pointless of a job) and two other guys were 'promoted' into their roles, the whole thing became a literal dumpster fire. No help was given or offered in a timely manner and ticket counts skyrocketed. Being able to stumble through a daily Teams meeting doesn't make you a good manager. Hanging your technicians out to dry while simultaneously complain about ticket counts is not a good look. I hope people read this and avoid this temp agency and don't fall for the scam of work from home like I did. Show less
