Started in the Bakery Industry at the age of 14 as a Saturday job, I completed my time as an apprentice and my 3 years at Bakery School. I have headed various companies in the bakery sector on a director/corporate level. I am now the joint MD and co-owner of Bakery Solutions Ltd and Magnacool Ltd offering production solutions for clients across the globe.
