Delivery Driver
-
May 2020 - Aug 2021
My job was pretty simple as I just followed directions on the app. A delivery order would appear on my phone and I would have the choice to accept the order. I then follow the GPS directions, pick up the food, and drop the food off to the address. -Responded to and eased guests’ problems with the time it took for the order to be delivered. -Figured out situations that had to do with delivery drivers taking the wrong order and causing a huge inconvenience. -Talked to customers about their orders, and often received a tip for how good the communication was between the customer and service. Guest Service Representative
-
May 2019 - Aug 2020
My job was to stand outside the entrance gate and answer any and all of our guests' answers. I had to check coolers for prohibited substances and collect money for the coolers. I also had to scan tickets at the entrance sometimes. -Talked to guests who had problems or issues with the pricing. Towards the end of the summer, the amount of complaints was noticeably smaller. -Set up and ran a private venue that was prepaid by guests. 28 people had to be checked in. many of these guests had questions and problems that needed to be answered -Wheelchaired handicapped guests who paid for the service up to their box seats from the valet parking lot. Many times if the guest felt the service was good, a tip would be given to the employee. Show less
