I had the pleasure of working close with him both as a team member collaborating on several projects and as my direct manager. Michaels extraordinary ability to process large amounts of information, juggle multiple tasks, deliver creative outside-the-box solutions and communicate clearly and completely in an ever changing environment was unlike any I have seen before and made a huge impact to the overall success. Even under pressure his positive attitude seasoned with a sense of humor made everyone including myself really enjoy working with him.       Working at WebDollar (part of Boss Media) in a small team was a great experience. My first real IT position in which I learned a lot as a system developer. Working in a small team comes with big responsibilities and also a variety of work tasks. My main focus was in .NET (ASP.NET and C#) and C++, but also Java, databases, testing, continuous integration, release management etc. I worked with credit and debit card payments, banks, bank transfers and payment solution from different providers such as PayPal, Paysafe Card, Moneybookers (now Skrill).
