  Seven Sisters festival is a multi-day women's lifestyle festival running in Victoria since 2012 and showcasing workshops, art and music. I began in the Festival Manager role and then coordinated the musical performances from 2012 to 2017. Tasks included artist selection and liaison, setting performance schedules, budget management, liaising with the Production Manager and Festival Management team regarding technical requirements, scheduling Stage Managers, organising accommodation bookings and airport transfers, setting up green room, storage of artist gear and recruiting of concert hosts. Also worked on Opening and Closing ceremony direction and indigenous Welcome to Country liaison.

  CERES is an award-winning, sustainability focussed community centre located in the inner north of Melbourne. It combines local organic food markets, retail, education and cafe spaces, as well as conference and music venues. I managed bookings and was a venue liaison for conferences, workshops, weddings and events, including major festival events by Rainbow Serpent, Earthcore and Culture Jam. I also provided site tours, venue access, venue setup and pack down, invoicing, contracts, calendar management and general administrative duties.
