Mario was hired to manage the migration and consolidation of two datacenters into one new datacenter. The project required the coordination and planning with internal customers as well as all of Information Technology. It was a highly visible project and fraught with risk of extended outages. He kept everyone informed on schedules and ensured that systems were being moved in the correct order. Mario coordinated at all levels of the company and a six month project came off without any issues that impacted customer or infrastructure availability.
