      Depois de uma experiência de voluntariado internacional na Polónia cheguei a Portugal desempregada e sem saber o que fazer. Se ficava cá ou emigrava. Aos 29 anos comecei a trabalhar por conta própria no ramo imobiliário e em três meses recebi mais de três reconhecimentos: 1) Maio: melhor agente individual C; 2) Junho: ranking de volume de faturação 1º semestre 2022; + 3) melhor agente escalão C; 4) Julho: ranking geral de faturação 5) ranking individual de faturação. Em pouco tempo celebrei negócios com portugueses residentes em Portugal, portugueses emigrantes no estrangeiro, investidores americanos e clientes brasileiros residentes em Portugal. Também já passei referências. De forma a continuar em Portugal e a manter sucesso no meu negócio, hoje, dia 10 de Agosto, decidi criar esta página profissional no LinkedIn de forma a chegar a mais pessoas. Trabalho de forma remota / online ou com escritório, nas instalações da Re/Max Market, na Avenida 24, em Espinho. Trabalho com a Re/Max mas partilho também negócio com colegas de outras agências. We sing for children, disabled people, elderly people and sick people. We sing in schools, hospitals, Christmas markets etc. In the project “Hey Christmas carol 3!” the volunteers will prepare international Christmas carols, presentations on the Christmas tradition prevailing in their countries and Christmas workshops: art, music, theatre and animation and culinary.       Master degree of Science in Education - Social Education and Community Intervention. Project author "Por um bairro mais amigo das crianças: Novos Protagonistas" Listening to the voice of children and enhance their role in understanding the life of their communities was the key point of this investigation. We seek from their perceptions about the reality of the neighbourhood and the park that occupies part of its territory for a focused dialogue and discussion in finding solutions to problems they identified in previous initiatives. Starting from Tonucci’s point of view, shared by many other authors, that what is good for the quality of life and autonomy of children in the city is good for all social groups that there (co) inhabit, we invite children to observe and reimagine the park as a public space and as a place of coexistence among people of all ages. The purpose of this study was to analyze local conditions with which it has sought that the interests and children’s opinions are taken into account in decisions aimed at improving the Santiago park, so that the district is no longer considered as a territory deletion. We also want the participation of children to be recognized in this process, as a parameter of the quality of urban life. Referring to participatory action research methodology, it started with listening and debate of opinions already expressed for the organization of children as a collective subject able to claim the right of all children to Parque Santiago, as recreational space and leisure and relevant public space for the life of the neighborhood, the community and the city that is part.
