Led the company through a downturn and a pandemic without losing the company's ability to deliver on the committed product developments and operational goals. Negotiated a complex sale of a business segment and ensured a smooth operational transition. Delivered with my team all required due diligence requests which resulted in a successful acquisition of the company after 7 months. During this time, I worked very close with the board of directors, the private equity partners and legal representation to ensure all aspects of a transaction were addressed and all company and employee needs were accounted for. After close of the transaction, I worked through a handover and transition of business. Show less
