I worked with Marco for two years developing adaptive learning software. He is able to manage complex organizational relationships with finesse and discretion. Marco is a good problem solver and is very skilled at organizing complicated projects and bringing them to completion. Often, when we were stuck on a backend solution to a software problem, Marco would be instrumental in helping us think of a novel solution.
