Works primarily via JVs / JAGs / Agent -constructions and exclusively deals with best-of-breed partners at a top-ten position on a global level. - Capital Development: Main objective: To consistently analyze the market for possible business opportunities, focusing on either disruptive business models offsetting incumbent’s hold, or fast growing trends. Working with developing startups in a VC manner.
