Dobra je v vodenju, premikanju ekipe naprej, v novo – nepoznano. Rada raste, se uči, prevzame katerokoli aktivnost in iz nje naredi uspešno zgodbo. Zelo jo cenim tudi kot osebo – njena energija je izjemna, njene vrednote prave - je zaupanja vredna, odgovorna, skrbna. Verjame v dobro. Z eno besedo….Maja je izjemna.
