      Carbohydrate Chemistry and Biochemistry Laboratory – Federal University of Parana Carried out research entitled: "Isolation and chemical characterization of carbohydrates isolated from pinhao seeds (Araucaria angustifolia)" under the supervision of Prof Joana Silveira. During the internship, I routinely performed chromatography techniques for the isolation and characterization of the chemical structure of the polysaccharides.
