A passion that bore fruits respecting the quality of ingredients, obtained by the selection of the best durum wheat semolina, and of the consumers, ensuring good hygiene in the production. The plate of Pasta Fabianelli puts on the table the substance of its past, the scents of Tuscany, with its strong and recognizable style, the unique and fragrant flavors of a tradition that is art. The distance is very short from the plant along the railroad, where the story began, to the industrial area of Castiglion Fiorentino, where the actual production capacity is more than 1000 quintals a day, because the link with their own land and their being Tuscan is a value that Pastificio Fabianelli cannot ignore. Beautiful rural home placed on the silver hills covered with olives groves between Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, in a very panoramic position and a stone's throw away from the magnificent medieval castle of Montecchio Vesponi. All around the house the enclosed, large and fresh garden shadowed by olive trees, almonds and cypresses and equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and wood burning oven, guarantees a pleasant area to relax during hot summer days. At guests disposal and for their exclusive use the beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 mt - depth 1,20-2,00 mt), next to it a small porch with basic kitchen facilities, locker room, WC and five-a-side football field. Antico Monastero fondato nel XIII secolo dalle Suore Benedettine, è stato recentemente ristrutturato e trasformato in un residence accogliente che conserva tutto il fascino della sua storia. Numerose sono infatti le vicissitudini che hanno coinvolto il palazzo nei secoli, a partire dalla costruzione del primo nucleo monastico nel 1234, di cui resta traccia nella loggia con arcate a sesto acuto, fino alla soppressione del convento di clausura nel 1810 e il suo passaggio a residenze private. Restaurato con cura e nel rispetto delle caratteristiche originali, oggi è un accogliente residence con camere ed appartamenti di varie tipologie e dimensioni in grado di accogliere fino a 40 persone, con ampi terrazzi da cui godere di una vista panoramica sulle vallate circostanti. Il luogo ideale per rilassarsi in un’atmosfera suggestiva e partire alla scoperta della Toscana grazie alla sua posizione privilegiata che permettere di raggiungere in poco tempo Cortona, Arezzo, Firenze, Siena e Montalcino. Per chi ha voglia di vivere in pieno le tradizioni e la natura di questa terra si organizzano corsi di pittura, di ceramica, escursioni di trekking e mountain bike, visite guidate ai musei e ai luoghi storici della zona, tour enogastronomici e oltre altre attività alla scoperte delle eccellenze toscane. La struttura può essere inoltre affittata per eventi, meeting e cerimonie; su richiesta è disponibile anche un servizio di catering per assaporare i sapori tipici toscani rinomati in tutto il mondo.
