My Glow Natural classes were meant to guide my students back to their Divine light and we always end up in the kitchen! My students have said my program has set them free… And freedom kitchen was born. A new ecosystem is needed that unites the health advocates with the emerging healthy food producers and the family farms. I'm devoting more time to business development and consulting, utilizing digital marketing to aid emerging food brands. Skin & Tonic has 13 trace minerals, 20 amino acids, and 4 vitamins. It also has herbs that decongest the cells, aid digestion and help elimination.   In response to my own health issues, I discovered body wraps - ancient Mineral Wrap therapy and Sauna therapy - as a way to detox and reclaim my health. My mission was to 'Create a safe place for transformation' - coaching women to make more conscious choices in their life. Working directly with clients, one-on-one, gaining much compassion for the challenges every individual faces. This became my platform for health and life coaching, wanted to elevate consciousness. Wrapping and coaching hundreds of women, I am a sought after for my knowledge and expertise in body wraps, sauna therapy, and detoxification naturally moving into a training and consulting role. The product line, Skin & Tonic, was created as a result of my own knowledge and experience and the lack of a better product on the market for detoxification and body wraps. During this time over 4,000 hours of personal and professional development workshop were taken in business, management, coaching, media relations, yoga, nutrition, and more. The variety of new projects every year kept me in this position for 8 years. I loved the challenge and my ability to contribute on a regional (and global) scale.   One of the only female Network Operations Managers for EDS and only 1 of 3 managers supporting the General Motors Network. Managing the largest Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) in the world (at the time) at GM Truck Group, with a private OC12, 18,000 nodes, spanning 4 cities across SE Michigan. (1997 - 2001) Was responsible for connecting all the facilities, getting "right of way" to run fiber under highways, railways, and along utility poles. Upgraded the entire network while maintaining business as usual and during the biggest growth GMTG had experienced. Also managed Y2K Network activities.Was 1 of 3 SMEs on the network contract negotiations ($100M+) for the GM North America, while managing the GM Truck network. Was also responsible for all financial activities on the sales pursuit. (2000-2001) Following the successful signing of the GMNA Network Contract and migrating GM Truck into the Network Operation Center, moved to the position of Network Operations Manager for OnStar, managing the network during tremendous growth. (2001-2005) Managed day-to-day operations, as well as project managed all activities including negotiations with vendors, expansion, addition of a Disaster Recovery Site, and ultimately the migration of the entire network to the Data Center. The Data Center Migration was a 18 month buildout, test bed, and migration, while managing day-to-day operations. Show less

Traveled across the country on weekends teaching scrapbook classes and exhibiting at consumer shows on the weekends (while managing OnStar network full time). From the HIA Trade Show in LA each year to consumer shows in TX, FL, IL, NJ, etc. As the inventor and manufacturer I did everything from vendor and contract negotiations, sales, booth displays, logistics, and maintained my own tech.
