Freedom Kitchen has been a concept, 'brewing' for some time now, to bring together the resources needed for health enthusiasts. Lisa has owned a Wellness Spa, co-founded a Commercial Kitchen/Cooking School, and is a business coach and health coach. After a decade of teaching holistic health, Lisa could clearly see a need to gather in the kitchen with like-minded individuals. A new ecosystem is needed that unites the health advocates with the emerging healthy food producers and the family farms. Being 'in the kitchen' symbolizes taking care of oneself; it is how we nourish, and show love to others. Lisa’s classes always end up in the kitchen. Students of Lisa’s programs have said it has set them free… And freedom is her life’s purpose.
