Assessment of the Alumni Network of the Social Psychology Department, a team-based project as part of coursework. The project included the conduction of multiple semi-standardized interviews with members of staff at the LSE and alumni. Interviews were transcribed and analyzed using qualitative methods such as gap and thematic analysis, and OD frameworks, to employ a performance analysis and provide recommendations for the further development of the Alumni network. Results were presented in-front of leading faculty members.
