Ute Clement Consulting GmbH is a consulting company based in Berlin and Heidelberg. We are specialised in international projects, change, communication and integration processes (PMI) that we initiate, implement and accompany on all levels. This includes the development of change architecture, facilitation and moderation of workshops, executive and board meetings, implementation of changes in divisions and teams as well as individual excecutive coaching. Thereby we take account of intercultural aspects, leading of virtual & international teams, global communication competencies and conflict solving. Our slogan „Passion for Change“ stands for a systemic and goal-oriented consulting practice that makes change in companies a benefit for all parties involved. We count among our customers a variety of international and DAX 30 companies of different branches in Europe, the US and Asia. Our consultants comprise a wide range of competencies as well as professional and international experiences. We are used to facilitate in English and choose the consulting team on the basis of the requirements of the project and customer needs. We structure change processes, integration processes and projects, make it possible to control and visualise them and communicate them to internal and external stakeholders, executives and team members. Thereby we work in step with actual practice and close to the organisation and observe the conditions and questions within the organisational setting.
