Provides overall technical and administrative leadership in Research, Monitoring and Evaluation activities and needs of the organization including leadership in resource mobilization efforts. Specifically key activities are:•Leads the development and implementation of the organizations Research agenda.•Leads the development and implementation of organization’s M&E Plan that supports the achievement of the organization’s Business Plan. Developed, review and implements Research, Monitoring and Evaluation strategies and plans. Provides technical support for the development and implementation of the national Research and M&E systems to track progress and outcomes of the national response over and above tracking ACHAP’s outcomes. Provides leadership in formative research and operational research design, conduct, analysis and reporting writing to inform interventions formulation and implementation, furthermore provides technical leadership in evaluation studies methods. Conducts data management for internal data bases and support partners data management.
