Norton Analytical Services (NAS) Les Norton was contracted by senior management to review and audit the existing on-site assaying for transitioning from copper to gold As the manager of the Lab, I worked with Les to facilitate his review and audit. Les is very knowledgeable about Laboratory processes, systems and equipment. Les was required Evaluate the state of the existing facilities and the competency of laboratory personnel. Identify and communicate any suitable alternate laboratory operating models. Complete an evaluation of the lab operating models Les provide a detailed report to senior management with recommendations for successful transition to gold. We had a successful transition from copper to gold thanks to Les report to senior management and the recommendations he made. I look forward to work with Les again in the future. I highly recommend Les to assist in the improvement of Laboratory operations and management
