• Acted as the environmental compliance advisor and liaison to District Department of the Environment (DDOE) representatives on the 11th Street Bridge Corridor Project in Washington, DC. • Worked directly with clients and government agencies to reduce environmental impacts and address environmental emergencies in fast-paced Design-Build projects. • Created technical documents for construction including Environmental Management Plans, Visual Quality Plans, Forest Conservation Plans, Construction Specifications, Wetland and Forest Stand Delineation Reports, Environmental Assessments, Habitat Assessments, and EIS documentation. • Created and conducted an Environmental Training Program to orient incoming sub-consultants and colleagues on construction projects. • Managed teams to conduct detailed wetland and forest stand delineations for projects in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. • Coordinated with state and federal regulators to determine jurisdiction of regulated resources. • Coordinated with water/wastewater engineers to reduce environmental impacts in sewer construction and rehabilitation design and access. • Designed a wetland mitigation site for the MD 401 highway project that has successfully completed 3 years of monitoring. • Conducted aboveground storm water facility inspections for Montgomery County, Maryland. • Prepared permit documentation such as Joint Permit Applications and Construction General Permit Applications in accordance with the NEPA, CAA and CWA. • Prepared non-SHPO historic documentation prior to building demolitions in Camden, NJ. • Surveyed and assessed ADA compliance of state maintained sidewalks in Delaware. • Created a working wetland delineation template for the iPad and Tablet PC.
