The Maryland Coastal Bays exists to protect and conserve the waters and surrounding watershed of Maryland's coastal bays to enhance their ecological values and sustainable use for both present and future generations We are a non-profit partnership between the towns of Ocean City, Berlin, the National Park Service, Worcester County, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Agriculture, Environment and Planning. We partner with local farmers, fishermen, business owners and scientist as we are a consensus group. One of only 28 programs nationwide, the goal of MCBP is to protect and enhance the bays behind Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Berlin and Assageague
