Our Story I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in perinatal mental health. I know as well as anyone that new families need and deserve support! I started Dancy Perinatal because I couldn't handle having to turn away one more postpartum or pregnant client because I was full with nowhere to send them. Families are everything Our family is the origin of our story. A strong and healthy family is a lifelong gift for our children. I am passionate about perinatal mental health because I believe it is the foundation of a family. You probably know the drill Finding a perinatal therapist who will "get it" is frustrating and difficult. Scheduling, traffic, sick children, childcare issues... the barriers are many! I knew there had to be a better way... I wanted a place I could feel good about sending families Every single one of our therapists complete extensive training in issues related to perinatal mental health. This includes Postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety Birth trauma and PTSD Mood disorders during pregnancy (anxiety and depression) The emotional toll of Infertility Suicidality and self harm Infant and pregnancy loss Sexual relationship issues Partner transition into parenthood Surrogacy ...and more I wanted a place that made it easy for new parents Everything at Dancy Perinatal has been designed with their ease in mind- -Easy online scheduling -Simple automated billing -Secure telehealth that you can access through your phone ... all of these are meant to remove the barriers and get you the help you're seeking, simply I have seen the power of good therapy I know that it restores families and relationships.
