  On the board of directors, I lead approximately one hundred and fifty mentors who are each designated advisors for ten first-year students. I am responsible for analyzing and managing the internal and external engagement of the organization. I use problem-solving and communication skills to create a strong online and in-person presence for Smeal Student Mentors to foster an involved and passionate mentorship community. I act as a liaison between the levels of the organization with the ultimate goal of creating a tight-knit organization. I facilitate executive board meetings, general body meetings, and professional events. I create and distribute a Monthly Newsletter that details the experiences, advice, achievements, and goals of the organization and its members.   In the Prime organization, I gained a vast knowledge of auditing, business analysis, and professional etiquette. I created an ad campaign audit with a team of six peers and detailed the impact of the IHOB campaign including reach, stock market impact, generation of sales, and public opinion. I then presented the final audit to a panel of judges to win admission into the Prime Practicum Course. Once I gained admission into the course, I worked directly with Neutrogena to formulate a business plan to maximize sales of their new line, Neutrogena Sun Care. I led focus groups and administered surveys to compile consumer data and developed cost-efficient deliverables. I facilitated weekly conference calls with Neutrogena brand management to review and revise the project plan.   During my time in Zeta Tau Alpha, I have centered my participation around Philanthropy. As an organization, this past year ZTA raised a total of $410,126.59 towards the end of childhood cancer, leading the fundraising total for all Penn State organizations for the 28th year in a row. I canvas and take part in fundraising events bi-weekly throughout the year to gain donations. Lastly, the sorority members and I provide support and boost the morale of 700 dancers during the 46-hour dance marathon named THON. Show less

  During my time working on the Business Ethics Case Competition, I analyzed an ethics-centered case study. I developed a presentation outlining the analysis and proposed solutions on a team of six peers. My team and I competed against 50+ winning teams from other sections to be selected in the top nine as a semifinalist.
