Tijdens het eerste jaar Graduaat HR Support aan de Thomas More Hogeschool heb ik King leren kennen als een zeer gedreven en enthousiaste studente. King is niet je 'typische studente'. Met haar jaren werkervaring brengt ze namelijk zelf al heel wat inzichten en maturiteit mee naar de lessen. Tegelijk is King duidelijk erg gemotiveerd om alles te leren over het HR vak. Dat blijkt uit de vele vragen die ze stelt bij de leerstof en de taken. King vraagt ook gericht naar feedback en gaat met die feedback altijd aan de slag. Ik mocht King ook begeleiden bij haar eerste stage in het werkveld. Ook daar viel mij haar positief kritische houding, gedrevenheid en leergierigheid op.
