Researched the role of leucine-rich alpha 2 glycoprotein in the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia in women with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. Became independently competent in laboratory techniques - cell culture, protein quantification using BCA assays, western blotting, wound healing assays, cell transfection, RNA extraction using TRIzol, real time qRT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation.
