Its absolute pleasure to write recommendation to Kathy. If you meet Kathy, first thing you will see is big heart felt genuine smile. I worked with Kathy on multiple projects(mobile shopping experience, checkout optimization, shopping&buying) at WSI. She has pretty good knowledge on e-commerce both business side and operations side, lot of this comes from her earlier experience of different roles in retail and e-commerce which really used help team as we worked on complex projects which deals with lot of back end systems and product assortments etc. Kathy was amazing at explaining complex situations in very easy to follow terms. Apart from that other qualities I really admire in Kathy is her patience, building and keeping team together. Her technical and people skills makes her an asset to any organization.
