In my experience with Kate, I have learned that she is a terrific colleague, a hard worker, and a great teammate as well. Kate was one of 4 of my group mates in the Pepsico First Year Case Competiton she was and the only one with any experience in cases. She coached us on through our analysis and pre-presentation practice. We would not have been able to come second in our bracket, nor would we have been able to have won the Best Team Cohesion award for our presentation had it not been for her guidance. Kate is a talented worker and a great mentor who would be a great addition to any team.
