Bio
Andrew Ferrier
Karin was my line manager for over 2 years. She led the senior management team and the business with passion and innovation. It was a pleasure to be a member of Karin's management team. We were a very close, dynamic team where Karin fostered open communication, where we able to speak our minds, and have our ideas and opinions heard. She allowed me to make my own decisions and did not micro manage me. Karin was always available to discuss any issues. This was my favourite job of my career so far, largely due to Karin's leadership and my close relationships with my peers. Working hard and having fun was never far away from her thoughts.
