Our key programs of work include the NSW Government Graduate Program, belonging and inclusion initiatives, Capability Framework, Aboriginal Employment Strategy, NSW Leadership Academy, and the People Matter Employee Survey. Through our whole-of-sector reporting in the annual Workforce Profile and State of the Sector reports, we provide a regular and clear assessment of how the sector is progressing towards our ambition. The Public Service Commissioner is an independent statutory officer appointed under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (NSW). The Public Service Commission supports the Public Service Commissioner in the execution of her function.
