Juan was my direct supervisor for more than 5 years. In my time working with Juan he was always encouraging, intelligent, empathetic and the hardest worker in the room. Under his supervision and mentorship I carried a variety of different roles and was able to grow exponentially on both a personal and professional level. Juan is a strong leader that excels in diverse environments, his leadership and interpersonal skills will undoubtedly allow him to perform at a high caliber in any position presented to him.

Juan was my mentor and director when I was working at FLS International. In my experience with him, he was one of the best managers I've ever worked with. His ability to understand and empathize with his team and clients really allows for trust and productivity in the workplace. He has made a great impact for my professional career in leading by example on how well he communicates and how he treats others. He taught me people management, conflict resolution, client relations and effective partnership in the work pIace. I would strongly recommend Juan.
