Overview

The Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing (MFSN) is dedicated to students who are motivated to enter the profession of nursing by offering two distinguished degree paths at our campuses in San Diego and Glendale California. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) The ADN program is committed to advancing both the art and science of nursing by empowering graduates to value scholarship, leadership, and lifelong learning in a dynamic healthcare environment. The graduate nurse will be prepared to provide compassionate, competent, patient-centered care as an entry-level registered nurse to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the community it will serve. RN to BSN The RN-BSN program allows registered nurses to earn their bachelor’s degree and expand the breadth and depth of their knowledge to advance their professional role as a nurse leader and a manager and coordinator of care. This accelerated program is designed for working nurses, with a curriculum designed to help improve patient outcomes, influence communities and population with knowledge of evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality improvement.
