I worked at Mercy during my undergrad in the diet office. Assisting with tray line duties, editing patient menu's, discussing food choices with patients, preparing tray tickets for the line. While working here I obtained knowledge in the foodservice arena and saw what it takes to keep a kitchen and staff running smoothly. I was also able to work closely with the Mercy Dietitian's and was able to confirm my interest in Dietetics. This job provided a great and well-rounded experience for me as I worked on my studies and confirmed my interest in the Dietetics field.
