Andre blev opkvalificeret til praktik og til senere at kunne tage en uddannelse som Social-og Sundhedsassistent. N. Kochs Skole i Aarhus gennemførte udvikling af et internationalt spor. Projektet er nu en integreret del af skolens tilbud samt måde at tænke sig selv som undervisningsinstitution på, og det tiltrækker mange udenlandske elever. Ligeledes gennemførtes et projekt med fokus på at øge skolens evne til at modtage internationale elever med støtte på 250.000 kr. fra EU’s Leonardo program. Come-Back ApS har fået gentænkt sin fundraisingstrategi, og er nu på vej mod nye resultater takket være en effektfuld strategi. Projektidéer blev udviklet og skitser til fremtidige projektansøgninger blev lavet. Chefkonsulent fra MacMan Berg har trænet evnerne til at samtale på engelsk om de konsulentydelser hun udbyder indenfor feltet ledelse og organisation. Show less
