I worked with Janine more than 5 years. As a Support Technician in a heavily decentralized model with no local support at all, having a user you can rely on for tasks that require hands on is crucial. Janine became that "go to" person after our first interaction, showing not only higher than average IT knowledge but a great degree of understanding IT argot and instructions. She would also learn new technology being deployed rather rapidly, teaching her colleagues and minimizing quite considerably our workload. On the personal side, Janine has proven to be understanding when an IT issue/problem could not be addressed as quick as the business wanted to and calmed under pressure. I'd recommend hiring Janine not only because of her professional experience but also due to her extra IT skills, ability to adapt to new technologies and calmness under pressure.

      Working for the Pharmaceuticals division I am required to produce shipments and keep constant contact with the suppliers and distributors. With this I am also often required to carry out “on call” duties which means taking home a system so that if need be I am able to continue my role from home and deal with any issues that may take place outside of the normal office hours. I am required to deal with discrepancies and complete them with credits, debits and returns. Most of the time is telephone based taking Nuclear and Imaging orders from customers. General office administration such as having direct contact with customers that are ordering Nuclear and Imaging products and taking orders from them or dealing with any queries they may have. Filing future orders or orders placed for particular dates. I am required to carry out highly important daily tasks within strict deadlines due to the nature of the products that are supplied. There are, daily, weekly and monthly reports that are run in line with the auditors. I have been required to train the new Prague CS team in country. Show less
