Let me begin by saying this – I respect Jacob. It is one thing to be liked, and yet something totally different to be respected. I don’t use this term lightly, but Jacob has truly earned my respect. This begins with his dedication to his work. He learns quickly, does what he is asked and diligently strives to prefect his craft. He has an innate dedication to be present, even when others were not. Jacob drove 15 hours overnight in snow during the winter, and still reported to work. This level of dedication, determination, and character are very difficult to find. Jacob also cares about his teammates. He would volunteer to lead meetings, or sit with someone if they were struggling, and offer words of encouragement along the way. All these actions are why I would welcome him to join me at any point in the future. Jacob is a true blessing to work with and would fit well on any team.
