Overview

Fuel Sales is the leading sales bootcamp that provides the resources and talent companies need to scale. Our SDR training includes a unique combination of classroom and on-the-job training giving the students the ability to apply the skills they learned. ๐Ÿ“ COMPREHENSIVE APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW PROCESS: Prospective SDRs apply to become a student of Fuel Sales Academy. They go through a standard interview process and are vetted for several factors known to exist in strong SDRs. Like your interview process, hundreds of candidates will apply, but only some will pass to the next stage. ๐Ÿงฑ SALES SKILLS FOUNDATION: Prospective SDRs receive 20+ hours of small-group instruction, multiple rounds of 1:1 workshopping, and live role-playing. Students must prove their ability to apply the skills taught during a certification process. As many as 25% of candidates will not proceed beyond this phase. ๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ REAL-WORLD SALES EXPERIENCE: Students make live calls and set appointments for our partner companies. This is what makes our program so unique. We firmly believe that classroom knowledge alone does not produce strong SDRs. They need to be tested in the field since sales is a career that requires a level of commitment and grit. Failure is a consistent theme in this role; students prove they can manage through those times and still hit their targets. ๐Ÿ“ˆ DEMONSTRATED SUCCESS An SDR becomes a Fuel Sales Academy graduate by demonstrating mastery through graded call reviews, meeting call volume requirements, and consistently meeting set goals on behalf of their outsourced partner company. Only then is an SDR eligible for placement with a direct hire partner company like yours. Because of these standards and expectations, fewer than 40% of Academy students will graduate and be placed. Lower your hiring risk, accelerate SDR ramp time, and decrease time to revenue generation with Fuel Sales. Contact us today to review qualified SDR candidates.
