I would recommend Viv wholeheartedly as someone who really lives her values everyday. Viv and her team provided me with coaching at a significant time in my career which led me to train as a coach and now work as an Executive and Resilience coach. As Headteacher of Kenilworth, we used her team to coach leaders of the future, lead training on transactional analysis for the whole school and undertake senior team development. The legacy of this training has resulted in a new Headteacher from the team for September, a new Deputy Head from the team, staff taking on the role of Assistant Head and any staff leaving the school, taking up leadership posts rather than leaving the profession. Additionally, it helped me build a coaching culture in the school which is embedded at all levels.

Viv is one of those rare people who consistently deliver above expectation. She led on the leadership development programme for aspiring black leaders in Wandsworth and on helping senior managers to become effective coaches for those staff. She brought with her, her own consummate skills in coaching and mentoring. Viv has the perfect blend of thoughtfulness, reflection, emotional intelligence and assertiveness in her teaching. I gained a great deal from her teaching, as did my colleagues. Several of the staff undertaking her programme have gone on to become successful leaders in their own right. The only thing left to say is, "more of the same, please, Viv!
