IIntegrity Coaching works with headteachers, senior and middle school leaders in inner city schools who share a passion for unleashing the potential of children in their communities. We help school leaders to maximise their ability to impact on future generations, by providing services that enable them to successfully cope with the distinct pressures of their roles; so that their stress levels are reduced and their ability to lead and inspire others is maintained. Viv Grant is the Director of Integrity Coaching and has a strong track record in working with others to help raise standards in Education. • She been in education for over 25 years • Was one of the youngest head teachers to turn around a failing school • Worked as consultant for the DfES • Co-led leadership programmes such as the NPQH, Leadership Pathways and Working Together for Success for the National College of School Leadership • Wrote the London Pilot coach training module when Leadership Pathways was first launched in the London area • Designed and delivers for the NUT a groundbreaking programme for headteachers on ‘Rising to the Challenge’ of School Leadership • Designed and also delivers for the NUT their ‘Aspire to Lead’ Programme’ for aspiring BAME teachers The company is known for inspiring head teachers and school leaders and leaving them feeling re-energised and self empowered.
