The company provides different legal and accounting services – from the establishment of companies for business and sale to accounting and wide range of legal services. After being appointed CEO and Lawyer of the company, the number of customers of the company increased more than 2-fold (from 50 to 120 companies with which accounting and legal service contracts were signed). The number of staff increased from 4 to 10 employees. Together with our employees, we expanded the range of services and expanded the geography of the company's customers to 7 countries (Russia, Spain, France, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan). I am responsible for establishing relations with company clients, starting their business and successful development in the Republic of Lithuania and beyond. Marketing Manager

After starting my work as an Marketing Manager assistant, I was very positively appreciated and promoted to the position of Marketing Manager in a short term of only 4 months. I was responsible for the development and smooth implementation of the Sportland LT marketing strategy and action plan: - Planning and implementation of 5 retail chain networks - marketing actions of the represented brands and implementation of the plan in retail and external channels - the establishment and implementation of the marketing budget - cooperation with the company's partners in Lithuania and abroad. In this capacity, I contributed to the introduction of 2 retail networks into the Lithuanian retail market. We have expanded the range of brands, developed the main international marketing concept, which was implemented by all the countries of the company together (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), implemented a number of promotional companies whose commercial goals exceeded the goals for several times, contributed to the organization of the European Basketball Championship 2011 and coordinated the commitments of one of the main sponsors Nike.
