Overview
Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) is a university bearing the name of the Lithuanian legal scholar, judge and father of Lithuania's Constitutional Law Mykolas Römeris. Mykolas Romeris University is a university focused on social studies. The University offers a wide range of joint study programmes with partner Universities in Austria, France, Finland, Estonia, and South Korea. Such programmes give not only the opportunity to gain international experience and build a worldwide professional network, but also lead to double or triple diplomas. All students are encouraged to participate in International Exchange and Erasmus+ studies and internships. MRU’s international ties span all the regions of the globe. It has affiliations with more than 400 foreign academic and state institutions. A recent international study, financed by the European Commission, indicated that MRU is one of the best universities in Central and Eastern Europe for creating and implementing social innovations. Receptive to change, promoting intellectually stimulating studies and focused on consistent research activities, Mykolas Romeris University contributes to the development of a well-rounded personality: mature, enterprising and independently-minded. The University is a place where tomorrow’s leaders meet and prepare for a brighter future. That’s what MRU is all about: to be the best you can be!
