  I worked as a human rights trainer at EQMM (Equality Myanmar). I continue to work for my mother organization, EQMM (Equality Myanmar). As a human rights trainer, I have been conducting human rights education among different people across Myanmar. Human rights are a very broad and interesting topic. A culture of human rights is the right culture. Therefore, I’m conducting educational activities in Myanmar to create a social environment that respects human rights. Human rights education training and many activities throughout Myanmar. Designed training modules and provided training. Other issues related to human rights include women's rights, the Rights of persons with disabilities, Children's rights, LGBT rights, FoRB, FoE, Federalism, and more.   In 2014, I have been appointed with the role of Theatre Officer in the United ACT to lead passionate young artists in tailored training programs, producing role plays and promoting child rights by means of modern arts.
