Hong Han and I worked alongside each other during our time in FranklinCovey Singapore. HH is a reliable, creative and efficient colleague to work with – as a Marketer, he is quick to react and support the various Client Partners’ (inclusive of myself) requests for help – in crafting marketing communications and lending a supporting hand to our clients to market internal runs. The challenge of the pandemic saw him step out of his comfort zone to lead multiple internal capability development projects when our business model had to revamp and take on a digital approach. For example, we transformed from offline to online engagements with b2b clients through webinars, made the shift of focus to digital marketing and even took on a business development project to introduce new products that would be attractive to the new age consumer. Hong Han’s ability to empathise, willingness to work with various stakeholders and grit to get internal buy in will carry him far in his career and I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with him during my time in FranklinCovey. I’m sure he’ll be an asset to any firm moving forward.
