  As Editor in Chief for the Lincoln division of Odyssey, I served as the connection between Lincoln's Odyssey staff and Odyssey's Managing Editors in New York. I was responsible for ensuring my staff upheld the high standards Odyssey set for itself as one of the world's fastest growing online media platforms. I carried out this objective by revising my staff's work to ensure quality, enforcing deadlines, and, above all, making sure my writers get heard!As Editor in Chief I was also responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members that share in Odyssey's mission to produce great content. During my time with Odyssey, I grew my staff from 5 to 20 in under 2 months.
