We are a social tech that builds AI to revolutionize matching refugees, LGBTIQ+, and other diverse talent with companies' needs. With innovative tools and training, we empower companies to develop their leadership and culture. We have provided +1,000 refugees, vulnerable women, LGBTIQ+ with job market access training, document access and job matching We helped over 220 of them start a new job, bringing them and their families 2X increase over average income, stability and economic mobility. Over 50 companies like Walmart, Heineken, and Aeromexico hire diverse talent with us. I led our team to build an innovative AI with optimization, many-to-many matching and machine learning to take bias out of candidate-job matching. We are excited to scale our impact throughout Mexico and LATAM. Our partners include UN agencies, the Mexican and international development agencies. I speak and write at diverse events and platforms on leadership, migration and climate change, unbiased AI, refugee inclusion, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Show less

Intrare started as a pilot project with the mission to crack the question of how to help refugees and migrants start formal employment in Mexico. We supported +70 individuals through mentoring, training, and support in starting a formal job. We also made it our mission to make it easy for employers to become inclusive. Today, Intrare is a marketplace matching employers with the talent of refugees, migrants, LGBTIQ+ and other diverse groups. We empower employers through hands-on diversity, equity and inclusion training. Show less
