I had an opportunity to undertake an intensive negotiation training program conducted by Giles. Not only was it an enjoyable & extremely well run program, it was more importantly highly effective. While many training course lack impact or practical application, this program by Giles has stayed with me months after completion. I put many of the lessons learned into practice on a daily basis & can confirm I’m seeing real & significant benefit from what Giles taught me. If you feel you need improvement in negotiation skills & have to chance to take Giles program I can’t encourage you enough to do it! You will gain enormous benefit from spending time with him.
