Andie MacGregor, CSS
I've had the pleasure of working with Gia for the last 4+ years and she is absolutely my go-to person when I need a bartender who can create specialized cocktails for specific restaurant groups. She has been instrumental in helping me gain cocktail features at numerous national account chains and always carefully evaluates the restaurant's pantry list, current cocktail menu and customer demographic to create cocktails that fit the concept. This is not always an easy task to ask of a bartender / mixologist. She's helped me on numerous occasions with Cocktail 101 staff trainings and does a great job of explaining proper techniques and best practices as well as how to create the cocktails properly. She has always been on time, prompt and reliable which is just as important as talent in the industry these days. Many times she has done a cocktail presentation for me early in the morning at venues that were several hours outside of Los Angeles after having closed the restaurant she worked at the night before. She always showed up on time with all of her tools & ingredients and a smile on her face. She's great with communication and always goes above and beyond to get a project completed. On top of all of that, she always exudes a positive attitude and is generally a joy to be around. I recommend Gia at every opportunity because she has always brought her best when we've worked together.

Gia also worked with Heaven Hill to visit various locations and teach the teams about bourbon and mixology techniques.
