I worked with Geoffrey while he was on the Board of Peters Limited. He was an innovative and effective catalyst for change. Introducing new working methods and streamlining production processes in an established and traditional business; with the ability to keep the workforce on side. He also introduced additional (and profitable) product lines and initiated new marketing avenues. He had a genuine enthusiasm to facilitate and encourage personnel development amongst the staff.
