Geoff and I originally worked together at SDC Housing for ten years and most recently during his freelance spell at Helix Group where I was Pre-Construction Design Manager. Geoff 's Bid Management and Bid Writing contributed to Helix Group securing at least 10 Frameworks and SDC Housing's £50m+ annual workload. I am confident that Geoff will be an asset to any company that employs his wealth of experience and knowledge together with his attention to detail. Barry W. Neale (Pre-Construction Design Manager)
Mark Bradbury
I worked with Geoff for close on ten years whilst he was Business Development Manager at SDC Housing. Geoffs sales, marketing and networking skills together with his excellent bid writing and management were instrumental in building relationships and frameworks with Housing Associates that enabled us to deliver turnover and margin to meet our business plans. Geoff is hardworking, intelligent and personable and I have no hesitation in recommending him in this his area of expertise.

Mar 1999 - Nov 2011
I joined SDC as Sales & Marketing Manager in 1999 to supplement their existing sales and marketing team with responsibility for all of the various building sectors the company operated in.In 2002 I was asked to concentrate on the activities of the company's residential division, SDC Housing which was contributing less than £2m to the company's annual turnover. By 2010 the housing team had grown and was contributing in excess of £40m to turnover.Early in 2011 I was asked to take on the two additional roles of Business Development for the Special Projects division and to be Business Development mentor to one of the company's management trainees.

I joined Mansell's Bethnal Green office as an indentured trainee under the mentorship of a smashing man named Harry Parsons. The four year training programme that he lead me through included weekly attendance at college for a full day and two evenings to obtain my formal building qualifications. My love for both the construction process and the industry is due to Harry as is my continued desire to understand all our wonderful industry's facets.
