I had the pleasure of working with Erin while we were both at Starcom. Even in her early years as a Supervisor/AMD, Erin showed tremendous leadership qualities in developing strong relationships internally (across departments) and externally (with sales partners and other agencies). Erin is constantly looking for new opportunities to help her clients, while making her agency teams as effective as possible. She is extremely personable and someone you would want beside you when meeting with an important client. Erin is a progressive leader who is well positioned for the future of our industry.
